Possible Causes:
- Blockage in the suction nozzle or internal tubing
- Misaligned or aged seal (silicone ring)
- Insufficient battery power affecting maximum power output
Solution:
① Blockage Check
Remove the currently used suction nozzle, clean its channel and connecting hose to ensure no foreign objects; use the included small tube-clearing needle to clean fine channels.
② Seal Check
Open the fluid collection chamber to check if the silicone seal is properly positioned, free of curling or damage. Re-seat or replace the spare seal if necessary.
③ Battery Confirmation
Check if the nightlight brightness or music volume is noticeably reduced to determine low battery (these functions also weaken at low power). Fully charge the device and test suction again.
