Milk Not Warm Enough Incorrect water-filling steps. Placing the bottle before adding water is not the correct approach as it could reduce the contact area between hot water and the bottle. Always add water first according to the marks,then put the bottle in.
Bottle not swirled after heating.
Gently swirl the bottle after heating. The milk near the bottle wall warms faster than the milk in the center, so swirling helps even out the temperature and mix the milk evenly.
Wrong bottle material selected. e.g.,Selecting 'Plastic' or 'Glass' for a silicone bottle results in insufficient heating time. Ensure the correct bottle material is selected.If unsure, send a picture of the bottle to customer service for guidance.
All settings and operations are correct, but milk is still not warm enough. After starting to heat, press the '+'button to increase the heating time.
Milk Too Hot
Wrong bottle material selected. e.g.,Selecting 'Plastic' or 'Silicone' for a glass bottle results in excessive heating time. Selecting 'Silicone' for a plastic bottle also results in excessive heating time. Ensure the correct bottle material is selected.If unsure, send a picture of the bottle to customer service for guidance.
Bottle not removed promptly after heating. It is recommended to remove the bottle within 30 seconds after heating.
All settings and operations are correct,but milk is still too hot. After starting to heat, press the '-' button to reduce the heating time.
Buttons not responding Wet fingers can affect button sensitivity. Dry your hands before operating the machine.
Misoperation of buttons. Ensure your fingers touch the correct button.
The device displays E0 Exceeding the rated working voltage,themachinestarts anti-overvoltage protection. Unplug the plug, check and make sure it is used under the rated voltage range.
The device displays E1
Temperature sensor short circuit.
Please contact the customer service team to have the machine repaired of replaced.
The device displays E2
Temperature sensor open circuit.
Please contact the customer service team to have the machine repaired of replaced.
The device displays E3 E3 indicates that the heating compartment does not contain water.This protects the device from damage when turned. Restart the device, add a suitable amount of water,then select the preferred mode.
The device displays E5 E5 indicates a loose internal circuit in the device or an open circuit in the temperature sensor due to overheating of the device. Unplug the power cord and allow the device to cool down for 15 minutes until it reaches room temperature. Then plug the power cord again and resume use. If the error code remains,please contact the customer service team for repair or replacement of the device.
