Insufficient Cooling / Cannot Meet the Expected Cold-Retention Time for milk cooler(CM01)

Possible Reasons:

• The cooling pack has not been fully frozen (-18°C for ≥12 hours)
• The lid frequently opened during use
• Was the breast milk loaded warm (just pumped) and without pre-chilled
• The ambient temperature is too high or exposed to direct sunlight (e.g., stuffy car interior)

Solutions:

• Extend freezing time; confirm freezer temperature is close to -18°C.
• Use separate bottles and reduce lid opening frequency.
• Pre-chill in the refrigerator first, or reduce the single loading volume.
• Place in a cool place/bag, avoid high temperatures and direct sunlight inside the car.
