Possible Reasons:
- The lid is not securely tightened
- The gasket missing, flipped, twisted, or caught with foreign objects.
- The bottle overfilled and easy to crack when freezes(exceeding the marked level or almost full to the rim)
- Non-original bottle being used (non-original bottles may not fit properly, leading to unstable sealing)
Solutions:
- Remove the lid and gasket, Check for damage, deformation, or adhesion of hair or paper debris.
- Reinstall the gasket (ensure it is flat and not twisted) and tighten the lid.
- Fill with room-temperature water to the recommended volume, inverting for 10 seconds to test.
- If leakage still occurs: Replace with another bottle cap/inner bottle for cross-verification to identify the problematic component.
