Possible Causes
- Loose connections causing air leakage
- Clogged suction head or fluid collection cup
- Low battery level
- Incomplete self-cleaning, leaving residue in the tubing
Solutions
① Seal Check:
Check if the silicone suction head and nasal aspirator cup are securely tightened and properly installed, with no gaps or looseness.
② Clog Clearance:
Remove the suction head and thoroughly clean its internal cavity and filter screen (if present) to remove blockages. Empty the wastewater collected during the automatic cleaning mode, then rinse it several times with clean water.
③ Battery Confirmation:
Observe if the indicator light flashes or other low-battery prompts appear. Charge the device in a timely manner and test the suction power when it is fully charged.
④ Function Comparison:
Test all suction modes when the device is fully charged and clean to determine if the suction still fails to meet normal levels, in order to distinguish between a false perception of reduced power and actual insufficient suction.
