Possible Reasons:
1. Water droplets remaining in the pipeline after self-cleaning, causing a "gurgling" sound
2. Poor component assembly leading to vibration noise
3. Dryness or damage of the internal pump shaft
Solutions:
① Dryness Check:
Confirm whether the device was fully air-dried after the last cleaning. Shake the device to check if there is water sound inside. If so, remove the components, dry them thoroughly, and run the device empty for a few seconds to blow dry the interior.
② Assembly Check:
Confirm that the collection cup cover is tightly screwed on and the silicone gasket is correctly positioned. While the device is running, place your hand on the seams of each component to feel for vibration sources.
③ No-load Listening:
Start the device without touching it and listen to the motor sound to determine if the abnormal noise comes from the motor itself (sharp metal friction sound).
