Solutions:
1. Function Differentiation:
The BN02 has a power button and a music button. Observe which button is unresponsive, or if both are ineffective.
2. Clean the Buttons:
Use a cotton swab dipped in alcohol to gently wipe around the buttons. Press the buttons multiple times to allow the alcohol to penetrate and clean the contacts. Wait for the alcohol to evaporate before testing again.
3. Function Test:
If the power button is unresponsive and the device cannot be turned on, refer to the troubleshooting for failure to power on.
