| There is scale (deposit) on the tank heater plate. | Mineral-rich water or tap water is continuously used. |
Clean the heater plate after each use. The use of distilled water is recommended. Remarks: Do not use abrasives or solvents for cleaning. These substances may damage the surface of the device and the heating plate. |
| Water accumulates in the recesses or indentations of the parts to be sterilized. | Ensure that the parts have been accurately placed so that water does not accumulate and can be reached by the hot air. | |
| The selected drying time is not long enough to adequately dry the items in the sterilizer. | Select a longer drying time. |
