Possible Reasons:
1. Water is added into the warmer.
2. The wipe is not placed correctly
Solutions:
1. Do not add water into the warmer
Adding water into the warmer may causes liquid leakage, especially over the bottom edge of the visual window. It's suggest to add some water into the wipes instead of adding water into the warmer if you afraid of wipes become dry.
2. Place the wipe correctly
Make sure the wet wipes are laid flat, not at an angle to prevent the water flows from the wipe pack. Also do not add too much water into the warmer. If there is water inside the warmer, please clean it in a timely manner to prevent bacterial growth and the generation of wired odors.
