1. Preparing For Use
Wash the water tank and lid before the first use.
Caution:
- Do not plug in the machine without first filling the water tank with water.
- Remove the lid and fill the water tank with water. The water level must always remain below the maximum fill line.
- Cover the top of the water tank with the lid.
- Before adding water to the tank, ensure the knob is turned to the water-off position to prevent leakage.
- Do not remove the water tank when filling it. Doing so may cause overflow during movement of re-assembly. It's recommended to use a container to fill water, then pour it into the tank.
- Always keep water level between the MIN and MAX fill lines.

- For your safety, please be cautious when using the water warmer. The water in the tank is hot. Do not tip or push the machine, as this could cause hot water to spill and result in burns.
2. Using the Warmer
①Fill the tank with as much water as you plan to use in a day. Always keep the water level between the MIN and MAX fill lines. Do not remove the water tank when filling it.
② Plug in the power cord and long-press the power button for 2s. The machine will beep and the selected display will light up. Click and check the setting instruction.
③ Short-press power button to select the desired temperature.
④ When the selected temperature on the screen flashes, wait 5 seconds, then the machine will start working automatically and heat up to the set temperature.
⑤ When finished heating to the set temperature, rotate the knob to dispense water.
Correct Way to Add Water
Unplug from outlet>Remove the lid>Pour water into the tank>Put on the lid
- Please use bottled water, cooled boiled water, or distilled or purified water that are suitable for preparing formula milk.
- Never pour boiling water into the water tank.
- Do not remove the water tank when filling it. Doing so may cause overflow during the reassembly stage.
- It is recommended to use a container to fill water, then pour it into the tank.
3. Monthly Descaling Instructions
To prevent scale buildup in the water warmer, follow these steps.
- Unplug the machine.
- Empty the water tank. Pour in distilled vinegar and purified water
Caution: If using a descaler purchased yourself, please follow the listed directions to ensure that descaling is performed correctly..
- Put a container under the spout that can hold the entire amount of liquid in the tank.
- Turn the knob switch to the water dispensing position to dispense and empty the water tank.
- Clean and rinse the water tank, then replace it on the machine.
- Refill the tank with water and resume normal use.
