| 1.Remove the garbage bag holder, pail top, legs, garbage bag, and upper and lower sections of the pail from the packaging box. (Note: The lower section of the pail body can be pulled away from the upper section.) | 2. Align the four legs with the four mounting holes at the bottom of the lower section of the pail body, press down, and ensure they are securely installed without any looseness. |
| 3. Align the front and back of the upper and lower sections of the pail, match the internal clips, and press downward to assemble. A "click" sound indicates proper assembly. Ensure the internal clips are seated smoothly and do not protrude. | 4. Release the snap buttons on the front and back of the pail top's base, remove the garbage bag holder. |
| 5. Place the garbage bag holder flat on the top of the upper section of the pail body. | 6. Align the pail top with the front and back of the pail body, place it flat on top of the upper section of the pail body, and press down. A "click" sound indicates that there is no gap between the pail top and pail body. Then, lock the side fasteners. |
| 7. Rotate the handle of the pail top to rotate the observation ball to the open position. Assembly is now complete. | |
