Firstly the firmware upgrade is only available for EU countries.
If you did purchased in EU countires, you can escalate to the munual support and provide your version number of monitor.
If it is verified that the device was manufactured in the latest batch by suppport, you can skip the upgrade step.
Version number checking path: Turn on monitor＞Click the "setting" button (the last button in the menu)
