Possible Reasons:
The power cable is not plugged in.
The appliance fails to turn on.
There is insufficient water in the heating tank.
Solution:
1. Verify that the plug is securely inserted into a power outlet.
2. Press the On/Off button before selecting a function.
3. Add 120ml (4Oz) of water to the heating tank.
