1.Usage
- Training is recommended under the guidance of a physician, physical therapist, or certified fitness professional.
- Pregnant users should consult a healthcare professional before use. Children should only be used under adult supervision. Elderly users should take caution and ensure adequate support.
- This product is designed for use by one person at a time. Do not allow multiple users to use the ball at the same time.
- Inflate the ball according to the instructions. Avoid overinflaticon or rapid, forceful inflation.
- Perform exercises slowly and with control. Avoid sudden movements or high-impact actions.
- For safety, alv/ays wear appropriate athletic clothing andInon-slip socks or footwear during use.
- Use the ball only on flat, non-slip, and cushioned surfaces.
- Place the ball near a wall or other stable support to assist vwith balance if needed. Loss of balance may occur unexpectedly; having a support nearby can help reeduce the risk of injury.
- Inspect the ball before each use. If signs of wear, cracks, punctures, or other damage are found, discontinue use immediately.

3.Cleaning
- Wipe the surface with a soft cloth dampened with warm water or mild soapy water.
- Do not use strong acids, alkalis, solvents, or chemical cleaners, as these may damage the surface coating.
