Is it normal for the maternity ball to feel softer after initial inflation? |
Yes. Due to the natural properties of PVC material, the ball may experience slight relaxation or softness during the first period after initial inflation. This is normal. It is recommended to allow the ball to rest for 24–72 hours, then add air as needed to achieve a stable and optimal firmness. |

What should I do if my ball will not stay inflated or seems to lose air? |
Please check the following: 1.Due to PVC material characteristics, the ball may feel softer within the first 72 hours after inflation. This does not mean the ball is losing air or changing size—it may simply appear that way. This is normal, and the ball can be used as usual. 2.Inspect the surface for any signs of damage, such as scratches, punctures, dents, or cuts. If damage is found, please discontinue use and contact customer service. 3.If the ball's diameter continues to decrease over time, a slow air leak may be present. Stop using the product and contact customer service. 4.After long-term or frequent use, a small reduction in air pressure is normal. If needed, simply add a small amount of air to restore proper firmness. 5.Ensure the plug is fully inserted and properly sealed inside the ball. |

What should I do if the Maternity Ball cannot be inflated? |
Please checking the following points: 1.Confirm the pump connection is correct: Connect the pump hose to the white nozzle on the pump, then insert it into the yoga ball’s air valve to inflate. 2.Confirm the plug has been removed: The air plug must be completely removed before inflating; otherwise, air cannot enter. 3.Check if the air valve is blocked by foreign objects:If there are any, gently clean the valve before attempting to inflate. |

How can I tell whether the Maternity Ball shrinkage is normal or caused by air leakage? | If the ball only softens slightly within 72 hours after the first inflation and remains stable after reinflation, it is normal material shrinkage. If it continues shrinking within 24 hours after reinflation or decreases by more than 8%, it may indicate abnormal air leakage. |
5 |
How can I determine whether the issue is with the pump, the connection, or the Maternity Ball itself? | 1.Check the pump Press the pump alone to see if airflow and resistance are present. 2.Check the connection Ensure the hose is connected to the white nozzle. 3.Check the ball If both the pump and connection are normal, the issue may be with the ball. |
6 |
Is it normal for the Maternity ball to have a smell? | A mild material odor may be present when the product is new. This is normal. We recommend placing the ball in a well-ventilated area for 24 hours before first use to allow the odor to dissipate. |
7 |
Why does the yoga ball have creases when first opened? | The yoga ball is folded during packaging and transportation, so creases may appear. Most creases will gradually fade within 24–72 hours after full inflation. |

What is the purpose of the measuring tape? Why measure the ball size? |
The measuring tape is mainly used to confirm whether the yoga ball is inflated to the proper size range (60–65 cm, or when sitting on the ball your knees form about a 90° angle), rather than simply judging if it “looks big enough.” Measuring the size helps you: 1. Determine whether the ball needs more air or slight deflation; 2. Ensure the yoga ball reaches the designed diameter range for proper support and stability; 3. Distinguish normal material contraction from potential air leakage. |

How can I measure the size of the Maternity ball? | You can use the provided paper ruler to measure the diameter of the yoga ball as follows: 1. Fully inflate the yoga ball and place it on a flat surface. 2. Let the ball rest naturally without sitting on it or pressing it down. 3. Place one end of the paper ruler on the floor and measure vertically along the side of the ball up to the top (you can also measure against a wall). 4. Read the scale at the highest point of the ball. 5. The value obtained is the approximate diameter of the yoga ball. When measuring, make sure the ruler remains vertical and avoid bending or tilting it. |

What is the purpose of the stability base? | 1.Stabilize the yoga ball and improve safety The yoga ball ring prevents the ball from rolling or slipping during use, especially on smooth floors or for beginners, enhancing stability. For pregnant users or those in rehabilitation training, the ring reduces the risk of accidental slips or falls. 2.Assist in performing specific exercises Some exercises are designed with the ball fixed in a specific position. The ring helps users focus on the movements themselves rather than worrying about the ball slipping. |

Why is the Maternity ball size only 65cm? | 65cm is one of the most widely used and versatile standard sizes for yoga balls. It is suitable for most adult users for daily training, sitting support, and rehabilitation exercises, making it especially friendly for beginners as well as pregnant or rehabilitation users. |
12 |
What height range is suitable for a 65cm Maternity ball? |
It is generally recommended that users with a height of approximately 5'1"–5'9" use a 65cm yoga ball. However, height is only a reference; the actual suitability of the ball also depends on weight and inflation level. When properly inflated, you should be able to sit on the ball with your feet flat on the floor and your knees roughly level with or slightly below your hips. Therefore, suitability should ultimately be judged by how your posture feels when sitting on the ball, rather than relying solely on height. |
13 |
Can I use a Maternity ball if I am not pregnant? | Yes. Yoga balls are not only for pregnant users—they are also suitable for non-pregnant adults, postpartum users, and general fitness enthusiasts. They can help with sitting support and posture adjustment, core and stability training, stretching, relaxation, daily activity assistance, rehabilitation exercises, and low-intensity workouts. |

Why did the package I received not include the Maternity Companion? | You can download the Maternity Companion booklet from the app. |
