What should I do if the buttons are unresponsive for Instant water warmer FD03？

Possible Reasons:

1.  Induced fails when you touch the screen.

2. Plug in without a correct way.

Solutions:

please make sure your hands are dry and that you are pressing the correct button areas. 

Then try restarting the device and testing it again with a stable power outlet.
