Solutions:
If you notice leaking, you can first check the silicone plug and the surrounding area for scale, dirt, or foreign material, and make sure the plug sits flat and securely in place. Please follow the simple checks below.
- Stop the current operation and disconnect the product from power. Drain any remaining water from the unit. If the water is hot, please wait until it has cooled to a safe temperature before checking the product.
- Gently remove the silicone plug. Check the surface of the plug and the surrounding area of the inner chamber where the plug sits for scale, dirt, or foreign material. If you see any, clean the area first.
- Check the silicone plug for twisting, folding, or visible damage. The plug has two sides, and they may be difficult to tell apart. If you are unsure which side should face up, try installing it one way first. If it does not sit flat or fit fully into place, remove it, flip it over, and try the other side. Please do not force it into position.
- Once the silicone plug sits flat against the inner chamber without lifting or looseness, make sure it is fully seated in place.
- Wipe the outside of the product dry. Once you have confirmed that no water is near a power connection, perform one normal use while supervising the product and check whether leaking continues.
Tip：If water is coming from the bottom of the main unit or has reached a power connection, please stop using the product and disconnect it from power if it is safe to do so. In this situation, please do not restart the product.

If the silicone plug still cannot be installed securely after trying both sides, if leaking continues after cleaning and reinstalling it, or if you notice visible damage to the plug, please contact Momcozy Support.
