What are the error codes means and what are the solutions for them of bottle sterilizer and dryer BS04

When BS04 fail to operate normally, it is usually accompanied by the voice of three short beeps. To avoid misjudgment, you can try to disconnect the power for about 1 minute and then reconnect it to observe again. If the code still appears, please check the following information:

What does the different error codes mean?

Code

Explanation

E1

Water temperature did not rise as expected during heating phase (NTC2 abnormal limit protection)

E2

Over-temperature / dry-burn protection (NTC1 detected temperature exceeding110°C)

E3

Temperature sensor short circuit abnormality

E4

Temperature sensor open circuit abnormality

E6

Voltage abnormality / over-voltage protection

E7

Zero-point signal abnormality / power supply detection abnormality

What should we do if different error codes appear?

1. E1

Solutions: E1 usually indicates that the device did not detect normal temperature rise feedback during the heating phase. To avoid misjudgment, please confirm first the current operating mode being used: whether the required 120ml of water has been added in Auto/ Sterilization Only mode. Then please power off the machine, wait a moment, and restart it to try again. If E1 still appears, please escalate to the munual support.

2. E2

Solutions: E2 usually indicates that the device has triggered overheating protection. For safety reasons, please stop the current operation immediately, power off the machine, allow it to cool down completely, and then try powering it on again. At the same time, please confirm whether the current mode and corresponding water addition status are correct. If E2 occurs again after cooling, please escalate to the munual support.

3. E3

Solutions: To first rule out temporary interference causing the fault code, we recommend that you power off the machine and let it stand idle for a while, then power it back on and test again. If the code persists, please escalate to the munual support.

4. E4

Solutions: E4 usually indicates an abnormality in the temperature detection of the device. You may first power off the machine and then restart it to perform a test; if the code persists, please escalate to the munual support.

5. E6

Solutions: E6 is more prone to protection due to abnormal power supply environment. To first rule out external power source factors, we recommend that you switch to a stable and compliant wall socket environment, restart the power and test again, and try to avoid using extension cords, long cables or unstable power devices. If the error persists after changing to a better power environment, please escalate to the munual support.

6. E7

Solutions: E7 usually indicates that the device has encountered an abnormality while detecting the current power supply signal. To make a more accurate diagnosis, we recommend that you first switch to a stable wall outlet environment and then power on the device again for testing; if the E7 error persists after switching to a different power environment, please escalate to the munual support.
