Solutions:
1. Confirming that the grinding head is properly installed.
2. Observing whether the device can spin normally without touching the nail. Actually the NC02 is equipped with pressure-sensitive stop protection: when the grinding head touches a finger and reaches a certain pressure, it will automatically stop to help reduce the risk of accidental injury.
3. If the issue stills after you tried above, you can escalate to manual support for further check.
