The grinding head cannot be installed or tends to loose of Nail File | NC02

To prevent installation issues from affecting normal use, we recommend that:

1. Remove the grinding head, then reinstall it in the correct direction until it is securely fitted and check that it is locked in place.

2. Try using a different grinding head to see if the same problem occurs.

If it still becomes loose, falls off easily, or affects normal rotation, please request manual support, and we will continue to assist you accordingly.
