Possible Cause:
1. User is on the cloud recording playback page
2. Incorrect TF card file system
Solution:
1. The playback page has both TF card and cloud recording options. Please select "TF Card Recording".
2. The TF card must be formatted as FAT32 or exFAT. You can also format the TF card via the APP after insertion.
