Solutions:
① Check whether the magnetic/connector is properly aligned.
② Confirm whether the charging port is dry and free of debris, and whether the charging cable and power adapter are functioning normally.
③ If possible, test with a different cable, a different charging head, and a different power outlet separately.
④ If the problem cannot be solved still, please contact the manual support supports.
