Air 1 charging case unable to charge issue TBS is similar with air 1 unable to charge TBS.
Step 1: Check the Power Source & Equipment
Attempt to charge the case using a 5V 3A adapter paired with the original Type-C charging cable.
Step 2: Cross-Test with Other Devices
Test the exact same adapter and cable kit from Step 1 on another device (such as a smartphone or an iPad).
If the other device also fails to charge: The issue is likely caused by a faulty adapter, a damaged cable, or a malfunctioning wall outlet/slot. Replace these components and try again.
Step 3: Pinpoint the Charging Case If the adapter and cable successfully charge other devices, but the Air 1 charging case still won't charge, the issue is isolated to the charging case itself.
