Scenario A:The Charging Case Fails to Charge the Pump Motor
The pump remains dead or won't charge when placed inside the charging case.
Solution
- Check Case Battery Level: Ensure the charging case itself has enough power (check its indicator lights). If the case is dead, it cannot transfer power to the pump; plug the case into the wall first.
- Clean & Align Contacts: Wipe the metal charging pins inside the bottom of the case and on the bottom of the pump motor with a clean, dry cloth. Ensure the pump sits perfectly flat and snaps securely onto the pins.
- Test Direct Magnetic Charging: Plug the Magnetic Charging Cable directly into the pump motor's magnetic port. (Note: If the pump charges via the cable but not inside the case, the case's internal charging mechanism is faulty).
Scenario B:The Charging Case Itself Won't Charge
The case indicator lights do not light up when plugged into the wall.
Solution
- Check Charger (5V 3A): Connect the case using a standard Type-C cable and a 5V 3A wall adapter. Test the cable and adapter on another device first to ensure they work.
- Wait for Deep Drain Revival: If the case has been stored empty for a long time, plug it in and let it sit uninterrupted for 10 to 30 minutes. It may take time for the indicator lights to wake up.
- Clear the Port: Inspect the Type-C port on the case and gently clear out any lint or debris blocking the connection.
Note
- The charging case has full power, but the pump motor still won't charge inside it or via the direct magnetic cable.
- The charging case remains completely dead after being plugged into a verified 5V 3A adapter for over 30 minutes.

Answers to these two quick questions:
- Does the pump motor charge when using the magnetic cable directly?
- Does the charging case light up at all when plugged in via Type-C?
