Breast Pump:No suction-S12 Pro/S12 Pro Quick

Tip: Pump accessories (including the flange duckbill valve, diaphragm, and insert) are consumable parts. To maintain optimal suction power and performance, we highly recommend replacing these accessories every 1–3 months of regular use.

Solution

  1. Turn off the breast pump, remove the motor completely from the milk collector, turn on the bare motor alone, place a clean finger over the suction hole, and check if there is suction.
  2. Disassemble all accessories, including the insert (if applicable) and duckbill valve from the milk collector.
  3. Still no suction try to change whole set of accessories. And check if there is any crack tear on accessories.
  4. Press the pump motor firmly back onto the milk collector to ensure a tight, airtight seal.
  5. Press against breast pump gently while pumping: During the actual pumping process, slightly press the breast pump against your breast with your hand to ensure a perfect seal with your skin, then feel if the suction returns.

Note

If the issue persists, especially under these scenarios:
  • The bare motor itself has no suction.
