- Photo of the Device: Take a clear picture showing the damaged, melted, or affected area of the pump motor or accessories.
- Photo of the Charging Adapter: Take a clear picture of the wall adapter/charging block you were using, making sure the printed technical specifications (the text showing V/A parameters like 5V 2A) are completely legible.
