Tips:
Temperature protection: A temperature difference between the pump and flange may disable warming.
Solution
- Press and hold the Warm/Massage button for at least 2 seconds. Press it again to confirm that warming mode is selected. The warming function automatically turns off after 15 minutes.
- Separate the motor from the flange and clean the metal contact pins with a dry cloth. Reconnect them firmly until you hear a click.
- If the flange was just taken out of the fridge or the pump just finished charging, let both reach room temperature, then restart.
Note
If the warming function still does not work, please provide:
- The device Serial Number (SN)
- Your Order ID or proof of purchase
- Whether the warming icon flashed and disappeared, or did not appear
- A short video showing the screen behavior and how you activate warming
Please do not use a microwave, boiling water, or other external heat source to warm the flange.
