Slow Draining on the Momcozy Bottle Washer BS03

Thank you for contacting us. We're truly understand how confusing of having this problems. Here're some steps for you to check:

  1. Confirm whether slow drainage occurs during or after the program completes. Record the approximate duration of one drainage cycle and ask the customer to describe the residual water volume.
  2. Check the machine’s purchase and service life, and confirm if the slow drainage happened suddenly or worsened gradually over time.
  3. Inspect the filter screen, drain outlet and bottom groove for milk residue, paper scraps, labels, hair or limescale buildup.
  4. If an external drain hose is fitted, verify the hose is not kinked, flattened, excessively elevated, or submerged at the outlet end.
  5. Ensure the unit sits on a flat countertop, with no towels, mats or foreign objects blocking its base.
  6. After cleaning the drainage area, run a short program or dedicated drain-only cycle to check if drainage performance is restored.
  7. Note any accompanying abnormal noises, error codes, water leakage or non-operational drain pump.
If substantial residual water remains after cleaning, the drain pump fails to activate, or drainage has remained noticeably slow after prolonged machine use, the drain pump may be worn out or faulty. Do not disassemble the unit yourself in such cases. Contact manual support and provide the machine’s service life, photos of standing residual water and operation videos for assistance.
