1. Confirm whether the entire machine is not powered on, the screen/indicator lights are off, cannot start, stops after starting, or there is a power outage.
2. Confirm that you are using an original or compatible power cord/adapter, and test with a known working wall socket; do not use loose power strips or unknown adapters.
3. Check that the power interface and both ends of the cord are fully inserted, and check for liquid ingress, milk stains, burn marks, deformation, looseness, or unusual odors.
4. Confirm that critical components such as the water tank, wastewater tank, door cover, and bracket are installed correctly; if components are not in place, the protection logic may prevent the equipment from starting.
5. Operate the power button as instructed in the manual, turn off the power, wait about 1 minute, and then turn the power back on. Observe the screen, beeps, indicator lights, and error messages.
