Error Code Lo, Err appears in the Electronic Baby Scale 3-IN-1 Family Scale AZ01

1. Replace all 3 batteries at once with brand-new, identical 1.5V AAA batteries.
2. Confirm all positive and negative poles are correctly aligned, then restart the device.
3. Check if the "Lo" icon disappears, and whether the device restarts automatically or shuts down quickly.

1. Immediately remove any person, baby or objects from the scale platform. 

2. Place the device back on a hard, flat surface, then restart it with no load. Verify if the reading resets to 0.000. 

If "Err" only appears under obvious overload, this is a safety protection reminder.
