Possible Cause:
Without using the TARE function correctly
Solution:
1. Place the AZ01 scale on a hard, level and flat floor. Carpets, mattresses and soft mats will interfere with weight readings.
2. Check that the tray is installed flat, with no warping, jamming or obstruction from surrounding objects.
3. Power on the scale with no load, and confirm the screen stably displays 0.000.
4. If a towel needs to be laid down, place the towel first, then press the TARE button to zero the scale.
Place the baby or test object in the center of the weighing platform, keep it as still as possible, and wait for the reading to lock.
5. Use an object with a fixed weight, take 3–5 consecutive measurements at the same position, and record all results.
