1.Remove both trays with no load on the scale.
2.Check the slots and tray joints for packaging debris, foreign objects or obvious deformation.
3.Reinstall the trays into the slots and confirm no obvious warping on both sides. Perform zero calibration with no load after installation, then test with a fixed-weight object.
4.If the tray is cracked, cannot be fixed firmly or has sharp edges, take photos and contact the manual support.
