1.Make sure the scale is placed on a hard, level floor with no contact against walls or furniture on all sides.
2. Place the subject in the center of the weighing platform. Do not let them lean on walls, touch the ground, or receive support from any external objects.
3. Keep still as much as possible and wait around 2 seconds to see if the reading locks automatically.
4. If readings still fluctuate under no load, press the TARE button to re-zero the scale and replace with brand-new batteries. Retest with a fixed-weight object to confirm whether the issue persists.
