Momcozy Bottle Washer BS03
Solution:
1. Unplug the BS03, remove and clean the filter, drainage opening, and bottom recess.
2. Check the drain hose for kinks, compression, an overly high route, or an end submerged in water.
3. Reinstall the filter and drain hose, then run one empty cycle and observe drainage.
4. A small amount of water may remain only in the lowest recess.
5. It should not cover the filter opening or rise onto the rack area.
Note
If water covers the filter opening or rack area, there is no visible drain flow, drainage continues after the program should have ended, or an error appears, contact Momcozy manual support..
When contacting Momcozy Customer Support, provide the product model, Serial Number (SN), a clear photo or short video of the issue, and proof of purchase if available.
