Phenomenon:
Cannot Power On, Cannot Power Off, or Shuts Down Unexpectedly

Solution:
1. Cannot turn on: move the bottom switch to ON.
2. If there is no response, move it to OFF, charge for at least 60 minutes, then move it back to ON.
3. Cannot turn off: move the bottom switch to OFF.
4. Do not use the 3-second Child Lock action as the main power control.
5. Unexpected shutdown: turn off timers or App schedules, confirm that the bottom switch remains at ON, restart the device once, and test normal playback.

If the issue continues, contact Momcozy manual support and provide the product model, Serial Number (SN), a clear photo or short video of the issue, and proof of purchase if available.
