Solution:
1. Move the bottom power switch to OFF.
2. Fully insert the supplied USB cable and a matching 5V USB power supply into a working wall outlet.
3. Charge for at least 30 minutes.
4. A solid red battery indicator means charging, and solid green means fully charged.
5. If the battery indicator does not appear or increase, reconnect the cable once and try another working wall outlet.
6. If available, test once with another confirmed-working compatible cable or adapter, replacing only one item at a time.

If the issue continues, contact Momcozy manual support and provide the product model, Serial Number (SN), a clear photo or short video of the issue, and proof of purchase if available.
