Solution:
1. Keep the charging port clean and dry.
2. Fully insert a compatible USB-C cable and a 5V/1A USB power source into a working wall outlet.
3. Charge for at least 30 minutes and check the indicator.
4. Charging should pulse green, and solid green means fully charged.
5. If the charging indicator does not appear or increase, reconnect the cable once and try another working wall outlet.
6. If available, test once with another confirmed-working compatible cable or adapter, replacing only one item at a time.

If the issue continues, contact Momcozy manual support and provide the product model, Serial Number (SN), a clear photo or short video of the issue, and proof of purchase if available.
