Solution:
1. Set the volume to about 50%, place the device on a flat open surface, and make sure the speaker opening is not covered.
2. Compare two or three built-in sounds.
3. Listen for whether the same issue appears across more than one built-in sound.
4. Fully charge the device or connect the correct power source, then restart it once.
5. Test the affected sound again.

If the issue continues, contact Momcozy manual support and provide the product model, Serial Number (SN), a clear photo or short video of the issue, and proof of purchase if available.
