Solution:
1. Cannot turn on: charge for at least 60 minutes, turn Child Lock off, then press and hold Power for about 3 seconds once.
2. Cannot turn off: press and hold Power for about 3 seconds once.
3. If the unit is only stopping after a set period, clear the 1h/3h/6h timer.
4. Unexpected shutdown: confirm the timer is off, fully charge the device, restart it once, and test one built-in sound.

If the issue continues, contact Momcozy manual support and provide the product model, Serial Number (SN), a clear photo or short video of the issue, and proof of purchase if available.
