Solution:
1. Make sure the device has been charged with the specified power source for at least 60 minutes, turn Child Lock off, and return to normal playback.
2. Test only the affected control using the correct short press, long press, or touch action.
3. Turn off or disconnect the device and wipe the affected control area with a clean, dry cloth.
4. Check whether the control is stuck, sunken, loose, or visibly damaged, then test the same control once.
5. Restart the device once.
6. After it returns to normal operation, test the same control again.

If the issue continues, contact Momcozy manual support and provide the product model, Serial Number (SN), a clear photo or short video of the issue, and proof of purchase if available.
