Solution:
1. Set the volume to about 50%, place the device on a flat open surface, and make sure the speaker opening is not covered.
2. Keep the device outside the crib and keep the power cord out of the child’s reach.
3. Compare two or three built-in sounds.
4. When BLUE is shown, enter Bluetooth Speaker Mode and test one confirmed-working local audio source separately.
5. Disconnect power for 30 seconds, then reconnect it.
6. Test the affected sound again.
