Phenomenon:
Cannot Turn On, Cannot Turn Off, or Shuts Down Unexpectedly
Applicable Scope:
Momcozy White Noise WN05
Solution:
1. No power: connect the supplied adapter securely to a confirmed-working wall outlet and fully insert the DC plug into WN05.
2. Sound or light will not stop: use the matching physical control or the Momcozy App.
3. If the lock icon is shown, turn Child Lock off in the App.
4. The clock or Wi-Fi icon may remain on in powered standby.
5. Unexpected shutdown or restart: turn Timer off.
6. Confirm that no shared account is controlling the device, secure the plug.
7. Disconnect power for 30 seconds and reconnect it.

If the issue continues, contact Momcozy manual support and provide the product model, Serial Number (SN), a clear photo or short video of the issue, and proof of purchase if available.
