Phenomenon:
Display, Clock, or Screen Brightness Issue
Applicable Scope:
White Noise WN07
Solution:
1. Make sure the supplied adapter is connected to a working wall outlet.
2. Adjust the Screen Brightness Knob, not the Night Light Brightness Knob.
3. If the time is incorrect, press and hold the clock/time control shown on your unit until the hour flashes, adjust the hour and minute with the +/- or rotary control shown on that version, and press the same control to save.
4. If the display is stuck, disconnect power for 30 seconds, reconnect it, and repeat the time setting.

If the display still flickers, shows missing segments, or repeatedly resets, contact Momcozy Customer Support.
When contacting Momcozy manual support, provide the product model, Serial Number (SN), a clear photo or short video of the issue, and proof of purchase if available.
