Solution:
1. Check the order, product label, model, and all included parts.
2. Make sure the bottles, lid, seals, cooling component, and outer cooler belong to the same model.
3. Clean and dry the parts, then assemble them once without liquid.
4. Keep the seal flat, align the threads, and close the product by hand without forcing it.

If the order and product do not match, an original part is missing or deformed, or the product still cannot close normally, contact Momcozy manual support.
When contacting Momcozy Customer Support, provide the product model, Serial Number (SN), a clear photo or short video of the issue, and proof of purchase if available.
