Solution:
1. Empty and dry the bottle and cooler.
2. Check whether the moisture is surface condensation or liquid repeatedly coming from one fixed connection.
3. Remove, clean, and reinstall the lid, threads, and seal.
4. Add a small amount of clean room-temperature water below the maximum line.
5. Over a sink, keep the product upright for 60 seconds, then tilt it gently to about 45 degrees once without turning it upside down.
6. Condensation appears broadly on cold outer surfaces.
7. A leak repeatedly comes from the same seam or connection.
