This alert is mostly caused by trapped air remaining inside the water circuit, rather than a machine malfunction. It commonly occurs upon first use or initial startup after long periods of inactivity. Please follow the solutions below in sequence:
Method 1:
Tap the Start/Pause button continuously 2 to 3 times; this usually purges air trapped inside the water lines. If the alert still exists, try the method 2.
Method 2:
Remove the water tank, run the appliance empty once. (During this period, it‘s normal to see the alert still apears). Then reinstall the tank and restart the unit. After that, if the alert still exists, try the method 3.
Method 3:
Refill with warm water around 60°C before restarting (warm water helps expel air from the piping more easily).
