Press the "Food" button to select "Vegetable" mode. The vegetable indicator light will turn on, and the other indicator lights will turn off. The display will default to 25 minutes (adjustable from 5 to 30 minutes). The countdown timer will then start, and the heating cup will begin heating. When the display shows "00", heating is complete. Other menu functions operate in the same way.
