Unit powers on, but fail to use or buttons do not respond on Baby Food Maker FM03

Solution:

Confirm the jar, top lid, feeding lid and safety latches on both sides are fully installed; keep the control panel dry.

Power off and let the unit cool down, then reassemble. Rotate the jar to the locked position and confirm it clicks into place. Cancel the active program, unplug the power for 1 minute, then reselect the program.
