Possible Cause:
Power outage, loose cup body/upper lid, insufficient water volume, overload or overheating of the unit.
Solution:
Unplug the power cord and let it cool for approx. 30 minutes.
Add water to the specified level as instructed, reduce food quantity and cut ingredients into smaller even pieces. Secure all components firmly, then run a clean water cycle for test.
If the unit stops or restarts again, especially when burning smell, abnormal overheating or water leakage occurs, stop operation and contact manual support.
