Momcozy DeepClean Lite Baby Bottle Washer and Sterilizer BW04
After a period of use, the bottle washer may display a low-water fault during the sterilization phase due to insufficient water intake. Please follow the steps below to inspect and assess the situation:
- Confirm whether the low-water warning occurs during the sterilization phase.
- Refill the water tank with clean water.
- Resume the sterilization process and observe whether the bottle washer returns to normal operation.

When contacting Momcozy Customer Support, provide the product model, Serial Number (SN), a clear photo or short video of the issue, and proof of purchase if available.
